Buckeye is a bay stallion born in 2009. His dam is Dazzle and sire is Tucson. He is challenging a black stallion for his band of eight. Grazing about a quarter mile away he gained confidence and let out a loud whinny while charging the band, then stopped and went back to grazing. A few moments later he continued to trot towards the band as the black stallion quickly came out to meet him. He just turned away from the approaching black stallion acting as not to panic yet. As they got closer the black stallion charged Buckeye and tore off a piece of his tail as Buckeye retreated.
